Cancellation Policy If a reservation is cancelled : If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival,no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, the total amount of the stay is charged. In case of no-show or departure prior to the scheduled departure date, the total amount of the stay is charged. For 1st child up to 2 years old,there is no charge. Rates include all taxes except overnight accommodation tax ( 0.50 Euro per room, per night) which is payable upon arrival at the hotel.

Area Information
Oia is situated on the best spot of the island. The caldera is on your north-west, and as you go downhill towards the north-east beaches of Oia, you pass through the cultivated areas and the famous vineyards, and you reach the “Baxedes” beach.
Travel Information
You can reach us by car, choosing either the route from where you can admire both sides of the island (west and east), or the coastal route. The first one has more bends, while the second one is shorter by 3 kilometres.

Loved the hosts Elsa and Yannis. Felt very welcomed and wonderfully taken care of. Terrace has a great view over the ocean and the sunset. However you should be aware that the place is a bit away from everything else. It's literally in the middle of nowhere, which was great for us, but some might want to be closer to a city. You definitely need a car to get around. Oia is a 5-10min. drive, Thira 15min. All in all a perfect experience and would definitely come back. | 5 |

Elsa and Yannis (the owners) truly went above and beyond what could be expected to make us feel so welcome, down to the smallest touches. The accommodations are spacious, comfortable and quiet. The views breathtaking and the resort is at a short distance from all the action and attractions. In summary, I would recommend this resort to anyone looking to experience Santorini as if they were staying on the island with friends who are proud of their island, and anxious to share so much about what it is to live on this island. The decor and amenities are perfect and beautiful. Everything is done in superb taste with a place for all and every detail is thought out. The owners are the most wonderful and warm people who will bend over backwards for anything you can imagine. I cannot recommend highly enough. The beach is steps away. Although there is air conditioning there is no need for it as there is excellent cross ventilation. Nothing better than listening to the waves lapping the shore at night.
